What You’ll Do

  • Manage high impact programs to accelerate the performance of Digital at Rogers
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve the overall experience and ensure that all digital components deliver a seamless and simple experience across the App and Desktop
  • Elaborate and evolve strategic frameworks that will enable Rogers to leverage all digital products/components to be reused across multiple channels
  • Implement and leverage metrics to determine the performance of the digital experiences
  • Lead team to define KPI measurement (qualitative and quantitative) and action plan of Digital Platforms such as Apps and websites
  • Work with Technology partners to capture impact of changes from new initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure new initiatives have an over-all positive impact to our business
  • Mapping & optimization of data flow across our Digital Platforms
  • Lead projects to improve Digital Platform performance (i.e micro services)
  • Lead projects to improve performance by taking advantage of the latest web & app front-end technologies
  • Consult with Digital team members to ensure re-usability of components across our Digital Eco-system
  • Research and sharing of new technologies that have impact to our business
  • Evangelize the Digital vision

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Passion for technology
  • Curiosity of how things work
  • Leadership ability to manage both directly and through influence to deliver high quality products to market in a timely manner
  • Collaborative ability to elevate projects and ideas that are not your own
  • Ability to solicit alternative ideas & perspectives to understand the "why" and not just the "what".
  • Expertise in presenting ideas, business rational and trade-off implications to executive audiences.
  • Self-starting and afraid to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Results-oriented team player who leads by example, holding themselves accountable for performance
  • True collaboration skills with the ability to bring people together and manage key stakeholders to leverage everyone’s contribution and create a sense of inclusion

     

Qualifications

  • A proven track record with 7 years of experience in a product management role related to digital experiences with delivery in Agile & traditional methodologies
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a team
