The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.

 

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Interact online with corporate customers needing assistance with their orders and billing
  • Ensure billing for orders of specific hardware
  • Process complete orders and activation of cellular phones
  • Interact with the Sales Representatives in regards to promotions, stock availability and orders

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • High School diploma
  • Good knowledge of Ensemble and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • A basic knowledge of SAP, Source Advantage would be an asset
  • French (read, spoken, written), fluent in the language with no significant limitation
  • English, working ability to carry out normal business in the language
  • The successful candidate must have excellent communication / writing skills and be committed to customer service. This person must also be able to solve problems, use good judgment and perform several tasks at once

Bilingualism is required (English and French)
