What is the opportunity?

 

As project manager within the PMO & Portfolio Governance, Products & Strategy within the Wealth Management team is responsible for planning, leading, and reporting on various business and IT related projects. The role supports the Director PMO & Portfolio Governance with various other activities such as change management, investment review board reporting, and acts as project manager for a variety of cross segment projects.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Support the Director of PMO & Portfolio Governance with planning, forecasting and visual trend analysis of Products & Strategy application development and business related project spend (e.g. IRB Planning & Forecasting).
  • Lead and coordinate initiatives to improve business performance measurement and reporting with various stakeholders.
  • Generate management updates and summaries for boards and other senior operating committees.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate PMO program/project governance and reporting.
  • Support the development, execution of project plans and implementation of programs within Projects & Strategy (P&S)
  • Partner with the business designated leads on transformational projects
  • Support corporate real estate planning and premises oversight, which includes performing financial analysis and valuations of real estate properties and portfolios
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency

 

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience
  • Experience in data management and analysis to generate value-added outputs
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business tools and applications to enable report development
  • Ability to independently identify strategic and tactical opportunities and priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present information effectively and deal with senior management and multiple stakeholders

 

Nice-to-have

 

  • Knowledge of Wealth Management and/or Other Banking or Finance Industry businesses.
  • PMP
  • Planview
