The Marketing Equipment Management (MEM) Clerk contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada by serving as a single point of contact for MEM and Sales for reporting and ordering Vend Visi equipment, and support for National Account initiatives including tracking and invoicing. Additionally, this role will provide overall administrative support to the MEM Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Process Business Objects reports for both MEM and Sales for scheduled and nonscheduled reporting.
*Processes all equipment orders with suppliers and receive equipment and processes payment timely to meet customer expectations.
*Provide customer with quotes for new equipment and invoice in a timely manner.
*Supports all customer calls in a highly professional manner and provides courteous and timely responses.
*Coordinate and Schedule all certified loads between the US, Canada and customs.
*Process all billings for special projects (journal entries / cross charges to the US).
*Timely billing and support for all new equipment resale and communication to the field
*Track and scorecard Preventive Maintenance completion
Qualifications / Requirements:
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
*2-3 years previous customer service experience required
*Previous experience in inventory management is an asset
*Post-Secondary Education is an asset
*Strong analytical skills are an asset
*Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (strong MS Excel skills are an asset)
*Working knowledge of PBC systems such as CETS and Business Objects is an asset
*Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
*Strong written and oral communication skills
*Strong problem solving skills
