Summary:

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator coordinates various projects for the commercialization of Bell Media Sales TV, Out-of-home, Radio and Digital business divisions to support the development of Bell Media Sales in Quebec. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will coordinate client events bringing together the advertising industry (programming launches, thematic events, etc.) and internal events (seminars, conferences, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Organization of marketing events (programming launch, sponsorships, client activities)
  • Organization of internal sales and marketing activities (sales seminar, Bell Media Sales conferences, etc.)
  • Coordination and updates of marketing communications (coordination with the stakeholders of each division, development of content for customer communication tools and internal communications)
  • Negotiation with several suppliers (web designers and programmers, event professionals, graphic designers, translators, suppliers of promotional items, etc.)
  • Copywriting: customer communications (newsletters) and internal communications (Sales team updates)
  • Management and updating of the Bell Media Sales website and its social networks
  • Budget tracking
  • Various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communication or other relevant education
  • Between 2 and 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent writing skills in French in corporate and promotional communications
  • Excellent grammar for reviewing sales documents
  • Experience in website management (required)
  • Knowledge of the media environment (a strong asset)
  • Bilingualism required
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of social networks and Wordpress
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other graphics software (an asset)
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and strong communication skills
  • Creativity, autonomy and team spirit
  • Sense of organization and priorities, stress tolerance

Bilingualism is required (English and French).
