As a Consultant Manager you will:

  •         Lead teams analyzing client issues and developing solutions using the latest technology solutions
  •         Author presentations and present findings to clients
  •         Supervise staff and manage key areas of client engagements
  •         Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting
  •         Participate in all phases of the project life cycle from Scoping to Post-Implementation Support
  •         Develop knowledge of the various services delivered by the firm so that potential sales opportunities are identified
  •         Participate in practice development initiatives (training, recruiting, methodology, trade booth participation etc.)


  •         Previous Workday Financials implementation experience is preferred, however must have a minimum of 2-3 full life cycle with hands-on configuration experience with atleast one ERP solution (Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, SAP, etc), preferably Cloud based ERP technologies (Workday, NetSuite, Oracle Cloud)
  •         Successful completion of an undergraduate degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with outstanding academic credentials is required. Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is a strong asset
  •         Demonstrated experience designing and configuration of business processes with one or more Finance Process area as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Cash Management, Expense, Planning & Forecasting, Financial Reporting and Analytics, Purchasing, etc.)
  •         Track record in leading teams for the achievement of overall project objectives
  •         Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
  •         Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  •         Superior verbal and written communication skills demonstrating ability to influence decision makers
  •         Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  •         Proven analytical and systematic problem solving skills. Must be able to identify issues, define symptoms and recommend solutions
  •         Participate in all phases of the project life cycle from Scoping to Post-Implementation Support
  •         Ability to work with onsite and offshore development teams including at all levels of the client organization
  •         Experience with and desire to mentor junior staff
  •         Canadian travel required, occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
