Our Analytics & Information Management (A&IM) practice provides services that focus on one of our clients' most important assets - information. We help organizations actively manage their costs and margins by empowering clients to deploy technology and processes that enable efficient management and delivery of actionable information.

The breadth of services that A&IM provides is vast and varied and we have broken down our services into the following categories:

  • Advanced analytics
  • Performance management technology
  • Business intelligence
  • Enterprise data management
  • Enterprise content management, social media and web channels

As a Lead you will assist in building the BPM practice by:

  • Identifying common BPM service offerings with FSI focus
  • Building BPM capability models with focus on leading technologies (Pega, JBOSS & IBM Case Manager)
  • Defining target architectures for BPM delivery
  • Publishing POV on the use and opportunities of automation as part of FSI digitization
  • Supporting sales initiatives (client presentations and proposal work)

Advisory: visioning and strategy facilitation, project management, roadmaping, target state architecture and design, estimation and program set-up 
Implementation: Translating business requirements to system requirements, technical design and architecture, development team leadership, test planning and strategy, roll-out and deployment management

External Posting Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Information Management; Graduate degree preferred. 
  • 8+ years related experience, supporting large enterprise information management solutions
  • Experience with Architecture, Design and Implementation of BPM Solutions in a digitization environment with leading technologies (Pega, IBM Case Manager, JBOSS)
  • Experience delivering solutions in a consulting environment
  • Financial Services Industry experience a strong asset
