We are currently seeking a Manager for our Data Lab team.

Workplace: Montreal (2020, Blvd. Robert-Bourassa)
Data Lab Manager’s mission:
Manage a multidisciplinary team in designing, developing and applying Machine Learning models (pricing, telematics program, fraud, process automation, etc.);
Help build the industry’s best data science team by keeping our specialists motivated and engaged in an agile environment and helping them grow their careers;
Collaborate with partners across the company to develop our AI vision, identify and prioritize AI issues and implement solutions.
PhD or Masters in Machine Learning, Data Science (or related field) or degree in Actuarial Science (FCAS an asset);
Minimum of five years’ professional experience in an analytical and innovative environment, including at least two years in management or coaching;
Understanding of underlying Machine Learning theory and the Predictive Modeling Lifecycle;
Knowledge of open-source frameworks: R, Python, Spark, Scala, TensorFlow or equivalent;
Strong communication, time management and work organization skills.
