The career you want.


As a Digital Consultant, we're looking for you to help improve the customer experience across digital platforms, utilizing in-house resources and working with 3rd party vendors. Ideally, you can drive value-creating digital products in line with The Source's strategies and growth ambitions.


To be successful, you'll work collaboratively with channel partners in Digital Strategy, IT & eCommerce and with leaders in other channels (Stores, Operations and Marketing) to understand how digital/mobile can enhance and support our service offerings to optimize an integrated omni-channel customer experience. It's a big plus if you're a natural influencer who can create ROI business cases behind relevant products to champion and communicate product vision to the executive team. Ideally, you can also create and manage product roadmaps, enhancement, functionality backlogs, including retiring features that no longer make sense. Retail is changing; we're looking for someone like you to help lead the way.


The skills we want.


  • Proven ability to deeply understand the consumer electronics product, business and competitive landscape.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and omni-channel technology across web, mobile and stores.
  • Ability to incubate an idea, then find technologies to assemble and implement the solution.
  • Background in Software and/or eCommerce (digital or mobile) Product Management
  • Ability to perform data analysis and develop ROI metrics to support feature priorities.
  • Experience coming from retail or CPG is ideal, but not required.
