What is the opportunity?

RBC Dominion Securities Branch located in Calgary, AB is looking for an Associate to join their team. You will support a successful Investment Advisor's business by providing clients with quality client service and professionalism. The ideal candidate should be licensed as an Investment Representative and should also have administrative experience.


What will you do?

  • Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts and refer to the Investment Advisor where appropriate
  • Follow-up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery
  • Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and on applicable reports
  • Utilize contact management system for daily task management
  • Provide world class client service to our valued clients


What do you need to succeed?


  • The ideal candidate should have at least one year experience in the investment field working as an Associate
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • High attention for detail
  • Comfortable meeting tight deadlines in a high pressure enviroment
  • CSC



  • Be licensed as an Investment Representative
  • Knowledge around Dominion Securities systems an asset
  • Good understanding of bond, preferred share and equity markets
  • Undergraduate Degree
